Things seem to be looking up! I've stuck to my list of resolutions for going on 4 days now and I've kept up the cleanse for 3 days. I'm actually quite proud of myself!
About the resolutions...these bad boys haven't been easy especially tracking my WW points and drinking all that f-ing water! It's like 6 of my large camelback water bottles. Between the water and the cleanse, I'm going to the bathroom constantly! TMI? It's ok we're all friends here. Anyway back to the resolutions! The other resolution I'm struggling with is reading for pleasure. I used to be a reader then I went to Grad School where I read all the time! I've tried to get back into reading for years but never had much success (except with Harry Potter books). I'm heading to the bookstore this weekend to find the book that will make me want to read instead of rot my brain with reality television. I'll let you know which book does the trick.
About the cleanse...I already told you I pee a lot so what else can I say? The pills aren't terrible and there is no weird aftertaste (huge bonus). Oh and my stomach sometimes makes weird noises...maybe gas or something? Again we're all friends here so we can discuss my gas. I have four more days to go so we shall see!
